The Confrérie of the Entonneurs Rabelaisien, the second in France as written by the journalist Claude Dubois-Millot, intends to perpetuate the teachings of its spiritual master François Rabelais, a humanist and boisterous writer of the joy of living and also to celebrate the virtues of the wine of Chinon of which each dignitary wishes to be the passionate ambassador.
